Your other rights
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS AT LAW, INCLUDING UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER
LAW. NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY AFFECTS STATUTORY RIGHTS OR
RIGHTS AT LAW, INCLUDING RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED OR
LIMITED BY CONTRACT.
For example, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You
are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be
of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Dispute resolution
Disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be finally settled
by arbitration held in Singapore. This warranty shall be governed, construed and
enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of
laws. If you acquired the product in India, disputes arising out of or in connection
with this warranty shall be finally settled by arbitration held in Bangalore, India.
Arbitration in Singapore shall be held in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of
Singapore International Arbitration Center (“SIAC Rules”) then in effect. Arbitration in
India shall be held in accordance with the laws of India then in effect. The arbitration
