6. Assembling
Note:
The service life of the LED is about 25000 hours.
It can not be replaced. If necessary, a replace-
ment lamp housing is provided by the Leica
Microsystems CMS GmbH Technical Service (or-
der no. 11 504 199).

6.5 Equipping the Incident Light Turret Disk
Insert the filter and reflector cubes in the follow-
ing manner:
• Remove the analyzer (Fig. 9.1).
• Remove the front cover (Fig. 9.2) by pulling it
toward the front.
