Staircase light (LC-EL-057-WW) - Assembly instructions
1. Disconnect the building-side connecting
cable from the power supply and secure it
against being switched on again. To do
this, trip the corresponding circuit breaker
of the house installation.
2. Remove the light from the mounting
frame (1). Loosen the screws (2) on the
back of the light and remove the light cover
(3).
3. If necessary, mount the installation
frame (1). The mounting frame should be
aligned according to the illustration.
4. Poke a hole in one of the two rubber
seals (4). Guide the building-side
connection cable (8 - 10 mm cable
diameter) through the cable opening that
has now been created. For cable
diameters of 5-7 mm, please use the
enclosed cable sealing rings for smaller
cable diameters.
5. Connect the building-side connection
cable to the luster terminal inside the
luminaire as shown in Figure 2.
6. Now close the lamp housing again.
Then tighten the locking sleeves (6) hand-
tight.
7. Proceed with any cable output in
accordance with the cable input. If you only
want to connect one light, you can also use
the enclosed plastic plug as a closure
instead of the second closure sleeve.
8. Then place the luminaire in the
mounting surface provided. The springs on
the side of the light should now hold the
light in place.
9. Turn the power back on. The installation
is completed.
