Preventative maintenance:
We advise you to carry out at least one preventative check each year.
For intensively used barriers, a cheque every six months would be more appropriate.
Checks to be carried out:
•
External cleaning, verification of the absence of impacts, scratches, etc. that
would favour the appearance of corrosion
•
Internal dusting of the mechanical and electrical part
•
Check tightness of all nuts and screws, including the anchorage to the ground,
and the accessories
•
Verification of the state of the chain and the rapid attachments
•
Grease the chain and the rapid attachments
•
Verify the position of the spring and check its state
•
Grease the spring if necessary
•
Check of open and closed stops
•
Verification of the connections to the control card
•
Tightness of wires, good contact in the terminals
•
Visual check of the horizontal position of the rail
•
Visual check of the vertical position of the rail
•
Visual check of the absence of rebound at the end of opening or at the end of
closure
•
Check operation of safety systems (magnetic loop, cell, ultrasound, etc.)
