GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING

■ Check the flywheel is in good condition and installed into place. Examine it for signs of damage.

Check if the rotor magnets meet the requirements. Check that the fins are in good condition.
Replace with a new flywheel if necessary.

■ Align the positioning tab on the flywheel with the positioning groove on the shaft when installing the

flywheel. Make sure it is installed into place (Fig. 23-25).
