GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING

 

 

■  Press the start button to check if the spark plug sparks. If not, check the gap between the rotor and 

the ignition coil following below steps.

■  Rotate the socket wrench counter-clockwise to remove the 5 screws on the rear engine cover. Then 

remove the rear engine cover (Fig. 6).

■  Rotate the socket wrench counter-clockwise to remove the 4 screws on the connection cover. Then 

remove the connection cover (Fig. 7).

■  Use the socket wrench to hold against the flywheel from the back side as shown (Fig. 8). Rotate the 

quincunx wrench counter-clockwise to remove the clutch cover assembly (Fig. 9 & 10).
