TROUBLESHOOTING

INDEX

OF

PROBLEMS

AND

SOLUTIONS

9.1

REPLACING

POWER

CORD

AND

PLUGS

When

replacing

the

power

cord

or

plugs,

always

use

cords

and

plugs

with

the

exact

specifications

as

the

original

ones.

Never

use

lower

quality

or

different

types

of

cords

or

plugs.

In

addition,

take

into

consideration

the

distance

of

the

application

from

the

electrical

source.

The

grater

the

distance,

the

greater

the

resistance

and

the

less

current

that

will

be

available

at

the

other

end,

there

will

be

a

voltage

drop

and

the

inverter

will

go

into

alarm

mode.

This

also

happened

if

several

machines

are

working

on

the

same

line

or

when

the

generator

is

underrated.

In

general,

our

standard

cable

can

be

doubled

in

length,

if

a

longer

length

is

needed

you

can

replace

all

the

cables

with

cables

of

a

bigger

gage

rated

for

the

length

and

the

amperage.
