After 30 days from commissioning, this conventional guarantee will no
longer be activated and the consumer will have to contact only the
retailer who has purchased the product. This first check of the
appliance must be carried out before any masonry work is carried out,
such as the execution of the counter-hood, assembly of the relative
covering, execution of the pilasters, painting of the walls, etc. The
manufacturer is not responsible for the burdens deriving both from the
removal of these works and from the reconstruction of the same even
if consequent to work to replace any defective parts.
Failure to comply:
The manufacturer is responsible for only proven defects of conformity.
We remind you that in the first 6 months of the product's life the
burden of proof of the NOT defect is borne by the Artistic, while the
consumer from 7 to 24 months must demonstrate the proven product
defect to obtain the repair without charge.
Methods and timing for enforcing this Warranty:
During the warranty period, the consumer must report the lack of
conformity within 2 (two) months from the date of finding it. The Share
is prescribed if, after this term, the right is not exercised. In case of
anomalous functioning of the product the consumer will have to:
• Consult the instruction booklet and check whether the fault cannot
be resolved by following the instructions contained therein.
• Check that the anomaly is included among the defects covered by
the warranty, as if this were not the case, the intervention will be at his
charge.
• Contact the retailer who has purchased the product which will
contact the C.A.T. authorized by the zone with which he will agree
times and modalities of intervention as well as his eventual costs,
where excluded from the guarantee.
• Alternatively, contact the C.A.T. or I.Q.A. authorized zone who
carried out the First Ignition.
• All complaints (during the warranty period) must in any case be
validated in writing by opening a support ticket on the portal: www.
dettofatto.eu attaching the mandatory documentation required.
Responsibility:
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage that may
arise, directly or indirectly, to people, animals or things as a result of
failure to comply with all the instructions indicated in the specific
instructions and especially concerning the warnings regarding
installation, use and maintenance of the product, which can also be
downloaded from the website www.lartistico.com. The injured party
must in any case prove the damage, the defect and the causal
connection between defect and damage and notify it to the retailer
where the purchase was made, pursuant to DL n.24 dated 2/2/2002.
The competent court of Brescia is elected for any dispute.
Causes of forfeiture of the guarantee:
The causes of the forfeiture of the guarantee are:
• The course of the two-year period from the date of purchase.
• Failure to prove the same through a valid fiscal document issued by
the retailer that identifies the purchased product and the date of
purchase and / or delivery of the same or its illegibility.
• The alteration, illegibility, cancellation or absence of the serial
number on the appliance.
• Failure to carry out the First Start-up by an Tax Authorization or
I.Q.A. Authorized The Artist within 30 days of commissioning the
device.
• Failure to comply with the instructions and warnings provided by the
manufacturer and reported in the user and maintenance manuals
supplied with the product, which is an integral part of the sales
contract.
• Installation of products not carried out in a workmanlike manner, in a
manner that does not comply with both the regulations in force (eg
declaration of conformity) and the instructions contained in each
individual package and / or operated by personnel who do not
possess the requisites required by law .
• Use of fuels that do not comply with the types and quantities in the
instruction manual and / or technical sheet.
• Inadequacy or lack of normal ordinary and extraordinary cleaning
and periodic maintenance of the product provided for in the use and
maintenance manual, in particular for pellet products, seasonal
maintenance by the Tax Authorities. or I.Q.A. authorized.
• Tampering or technical interventions carried out on the product by
personnel not authorized by the C.A.T. or I.Q.A and / or use of non-
original spare parts of manufacturer.
Exclusions:
Non-compliance defects caused by:
• Supply of electricity with voltages different from the nominal ones or
to changes beyond the permitted limits or with incorrect connections
to the plant and / or the latter not in accordance with the law.
• Events or anomalies of any kind in the supply of electrical, hydraulic
and / or flue exhaust systems.
• Atmospheric and natural events (lightning, flooding, fire,
thermometer, etc.) and deterioration from chemical-physical agents,
frost, stray currents.
• Corrosion from condensation or aggressive water, caused by
inadequate treatment of feed water or incorrect use of descaling
treatments.
They are also excluded from this warranty:
• Ceramic glass that can only break due to mechanical impacts and
the relative serigraphy that can be damaged by the use of aggressive
detergents.
• All parts subject to normal wear and tear: gaskets, refractories and
vermiculites (any cracks and small cracks do not affect the
functionality of the appliance), handles, brazier, smoke deflectors,
batteries, fuses, aesthetic parts in metal and in general all the
components external to the product on which the consumer can
intervene directly during use and / or maintenance, the formation of
rust, defects due to neglect or accidental breakage.
• The costs for installing and / or removing the appliance, operations
to access the product (dismantling of furniture or walls, scaffolding),
connection to gas, water and electricity supply systems and the costs
of any masonry work and / or painting.
• Any compensation or compensation for the period of failure or
inactivity of the appliance.
• Any aesthetic defects on any visible part (sheets, stones, ceramics,
glass, vermiculites, etc.) due to transport, handling and installation
(these defects must be detected immediately upon delivery of the
appliance and reported to the retailer).
• Any calibration or adjustments to the appliance in relation to the
quality of the pellet, the type of installation and / or the setting
parameters (clock, timer-thermostat, operating mode, etc.) and any
software updates on the electronic control.
• Possible adjustments and checks on the hydraulic system (pump
unblocking, pressure regulation, air venting, etc.)
Attention: if during the verification by an authorized technician
no defect in the functionality of the product was found that the
consumer should complain about, the cost of the intervention
will be borne entirely by the latter.
