20. EMERGENCY CONTROL PANEL
The device is equipped with an emergency module placed frontally in
the lower left corner and acts both as a receiver for the remote control
and for the basic management of the insert in the event of a fault or
malfunction of the radio control.
› Button 3
- Power on / off
To turn on the device: press the button for about 3 seconds until the
LED turns green
To turn off the device: press the button for about 3 seconds until the
green LED flashes
. When the appliance has finished the cleaning
cycle, the green LED will turn off.
› Reception led
Led confirming reception of the radio control signal.
› Alarm Led
If this LED lights up, the device has verified the existence of a generic
error. Without the remote control it is not possible to know what is the
cause of the malfunction or the origin of the problem.
If the problem is caused by a lack of pellets, you can reset by holding
the button down
until the red led turns off and the green led of
button 3 starts flashing.
If the error is not generated by the lack of pellets, do not proceed with
switching on the appliance, but contact the service center.
› Button 2
- Power 5
Allows you to set the power of the appliance to value 5.
Keep button 2 pressed for 3 seconds until the LED turns yellow .
› Button 1
- Power 2
Allows you to set the power of the appliance to value 2.
Keep button 1 pressed for 3 seconds until the LED turns yellow .
21. POSITIONING THE BRAZIER
It is forbidden to use the appliance without the brazier. The brazier
must be correctly positioned in its seat and pushed towards the rear
wall of the combustion chamber.
22. POWER ON AND USE
FIRST USE, START-UP WITH NEW APPLIANCE
When using your new appliance for the first time (or when the pellet
tank is completely empty), remember that the loading auger is empty
and therefore, before turning on the appliance, you must comply with
the following procedure with the fireplace off:
Check that the electrical outlet is plugged in and that there is
power.
Check that the batteries are in the remote control and that it works.
Check that you have set the time and date setting in the radio
control menu.
Fill the tank with pellets and check that the loading door is
completely closed.
Run MENU 08 INITIAL LOAD: on the remote control (see
dedicated instruction booklet).
At the end of this initial loading cycle, completely empty the brazier
of fallen pellets so that it is perfectly clean.
Respect all the indications in the following paragraph “STANDARD
START-UP”.
At the first POWER ON, unpleasant odors can be
released in the room due to the presence of grease on
the components and the normal "thermal break-in"
process. Ventilate the room well and do not stay there
until the odors have stopped, using the appliance at
maximum power.
The paint used is water-based, totally free of volatile toxic materials,
to give you a product that respects nature and is always of high
quality.
