Unscrew the 4 bolts (2 on the right and 2 on the left) that
secure the insert body to the sliding guides.

Remove the insert body and place it on the floor on a
cardboard to protect the floor.

Secure the insert frame to the base of the fireplace
compartment and to the rear wall, using 8 mm diameter steel
plugs (min. length 80 mm). For the measurements (in mm)
respect the following diagram.
ATTENTION: respect the 75
mm distance between the flue outside the flue shoulder and
the insert frame to have the door flush with the cladding.
ATTENTION: often the fire surfaces of existing
fireplaces are made of refractory material that has been
worn over the years, normal fixing does not have a good
seal. It is recommended to use chemical fixings with
greater depth or to redo the fire bed.
ATTENTION DANGER: if the insert frame is not firmly fixed
to the base and at the rear and / or the bolts that secure the body
to the sliding guides are not screwed, when the insert is
extracted, the fireplace could fall on the ground or on the person.
It is therefore recommended to carefully observe the installation
instructions.
6)
Connect the flue
(A)
with the smoke extraction system of the
insert. Check that the flue is compatible and well sealed,
always respecting all current regulations.
7)
Then make the electrical connection
(B).
8)
Reposition the insert body on the open sliding guides and
secure it with the 4 bolts.
