MONTHLY CLEANING
1) TANK CLEANING
: The pellet tank must be emptied and
cleaned monthly. Sawdust residues can form plugs in the auger
and block the loading system.
2) DEFLECTORS CLEANING
: the appliance has two
smoke deflectors (steel and vermiculite) positioned in the upper
part of the combustion chamber. These deflectors must be
disassembled and cleaned regularly by dropping all the soot
accumulated on them. Then reposition in the appropriate place.
3)
REAR SMOKE TRIP CLEANING
: remove the brazier,
remove the upper deflectors and finally remove the rear vermiculite
panels. With the help of a vacuum cleaner, carefully clean the
exchanger compartment located behind the vermiculite panels and
clean the entire combustion chamber from accumulated pellet and
ash particles
WARNING: Vermiculites are very fragile: handle with the
utmost care: their breakage is not covered by the guarantee.
4)
REAR SMOKE FITTING
:
if necessary, also clean the
smoke connection with the ash vacuum cleaner.

advisable to completely empty the pellet tank, sucking up any residual
pellets and dust inside. We also invite you to disconnect the generator
from the mains and, for greater safety, especially in the presence of
children, remove the power cable.
