12.4.23 Define Ports Modem Type

Specifies a predefined modem profile. Use the

Show Modem

command to see a list of available profiles.

This command automatically enables modem control for the specified port, if not enabled already.

Restrictions

Requires privileged user status.

Parameters

PortList/All

Specifies a particular port or group of ports, or all ports. Port numbers should
be separated with commas (for lists) or dashes (for ranges).

Note:

TypeNum

A predefined modem profile number.

Defaults
