TABLE OF CONTENTS

Center Scrapers - Optional

NOTE

A scraper can be used as a guide to achieve the 1/4" gap.

1. With the Roller on level ground, attach the Center

Frame Scraper Mounts to the Center Frame Front
Tube with 1/2-13 U-Bolt and Flange Locknuts. Place
a 4 Hole Plate on top and a Scraper Mount Bracket on
the bottom of each Center Frame End Cross Tube.
Place a Flat Washer under the head of 1/2-13 x 8
Bolts and insert them into 4 Hole Plate. Secure with
Flange Locknuts. Do not tighten.

See Figure 2-24.

2. Attach the Scraper Tube Brackets to the Center

Frame Scraper Mounts and Scraper Mount Brackets
with 1/2-13 x 1-3/4 Bolts, Flat Washers and Flange
Locknuts.

3. Center Scraper Tube on the Roller Assembly and

attach to each Center Frame Scraper Mount with
3/8-16 U-Bolt, Scraper and Flange Locknuts.

4. Adjust the Scrapers so that they are centered

between the Notched Wheels along with a 1/4" gap
between the Scraper and Notched Wheels. Tighten
all the Center Scraper Mount Hardware.

5. Install the rest of the Scrapers onto the Scraper Tube

with 3/8-16 U-Bolts and Flange Locknuts. The
Scrapers should be centered between the Notched
Wheels and have a 1/4" gap between the Scraper and
Notched Wheels.
