Center Tooth Tube Installation
Verify Tooth Tube Bearings are positioned in the proper
hole.
Top Hole: 20” Notched, 20” Crowfoot or 20” Optimizer.
See Figure 2-27.
Bottom Hole: 24” Notched Wheel. See Figure 2-28.
1. After marking the tubes for the shank locations, slide
the Tooth Tubes into the Tooth Tube Bearings. The
142” Tooth Tube in the front and rear Tooth Tube
Bearings and the 150” Tooth Tube in the middle
Tooth Tube Bearings.
See Figure 2-30.
2. Position Tooth Tubes in the proper lateral position to
the frame before continuing.
See Figure 2-31.
3. Place stops on Tooth Control Tube against Tooth
Tube Bearing to prevent Tooth Control Tube from
sliding right or left. Secure with 1/2-13 x 4-1/2 Bolts
and Locknuts.
