SNR

Signal to noise ratio: Comparison of the usable signal being transmitted to the 
undesired signal, usually expressed in decibels; a quality measure of a 
transmission.

Take Out Point; also called a Collector.

Time of Use. Specific meter rate where the usage is captured in intervals.

WAN

Wide Area Network, consists of data gathering devices like Concentrators and
