If regulator does not utilize a knob, use a wrench to
loosen the lock nut then a screwdriver to back out the
screw and close the regulators.
NOTE
1. Connect high pressure CO
2
regulator assembly to CO
2
cylinder or bulk system.

6. Turn the knob on the CO

regulator, at the source, all the
way to the left (counterclockwise) to close the regulator.
Repeat for CO

regulator at the syrup pumps.
