Installing New Merchandiser Assembly
6. From the back side of the Merchandiser Assembly,
pinch the tabs of the Badge Back Cover (Item 07 on
page 2) to remove from Badge (Item 04 on page 2).
1. Lay the merchandiser, face down, on a flat surface.
2. Lift the merchandiser and slide the Badge into the
empty badge location and position so that the notches
are parallel with the bottom edge of the merchandiser.
The Merchandiser Assembly will need to be config-
ured with brand graphics and a merchandiser graphic.
Follow steps 6 - 11 below to add new graphics to the
Merchandiser Assembly before installing to the unit.
NOTE
If the badge (item 4, on page 2) becomes dislodged or
removed during shipping or installation, follow steps
1 - 4 to properly re-install to merchandiser.
NOTE
Ensure there is a good seal between o-ring and
merchandiser. The badge should have a flat seal with
the front of the merchandiser.
NOTE
Make sure both ends of the Badge Back Cover are
“clicked” in place to the connections on the Badge.
NOTE
Make sure the straight edge of the Brand Graphic
aligns with straight edge of Badge Back Cover when
adhering.
NOTE
7. Adhere the Brand Graphic to the Badge Back Cover.
8. Re-install the Badge to the Badge Back Cover to
secure the new Brand Graphic in place.
3. Place one hand underneath the badge to hold in place
so badge is completely flat against front surface of
merchandiser.
4. With other hand, install o-ring around outer lip of
badge to secure to merchandiser.
5. Repeat Steps 2 - 4 for any other badges that have
been removed or dislodged.
9. Repeat steps 6 - 8 for the remaining Brand Badges.
10. Install any necessary water button graphics above
valves configured with a water push button.
