Remove Existing Lighting Components (LED)

Disconnect power from unit prior to service.

WARNING

1. Unplug unit power cord from wall outlet to power down

unit.

2. Remove all of the valve ID Panels and valve covers.
3. Lift the merchandiser up and pull away to remove from

the unit.

4. Remove the two (2) screws of the control box cover to

remove from the unit.

5. Locate the positive (blue) and the negative (brown)

wires of the existing LED Driver on the central

connection terminal.

The following section only illustrates how to remove the existing unit’s

LED

lighting components. If the existing unit

has fluorescent lighting components, skip to page 3 for instructions on how to remove the lighting components.

NOTE

6. Disconnect both the blue (positive) and brown

(negative) wires of the LED Driver and remove from

electrical box.

7. Remove the four (4) screws of the LED Driver Bracket

then remove bracket, disconnected Driver, and LED

bulbs from the unit.
