Commissioning
1. Note the ’general tolerance limit’ for each channel used from parameter 520.1 - 520.10
(AL0).
2. Start burner
3. Open ’Curves/Electronic ratio Ctrl.’ (AL1)
4. Adjust the required firing rate pint with the arrow buttons.
(right/left)
5. Wait until the system has reached the point.
6. Select the required point.
7. Use the arrow buttons
(up/down) to move the channel by the corresponding val-
ue from P 520 in the direction of air deficiency.
8. Check the combustion.
9. Move back the channel to its original value
10. Repeat this test with all channels used at different firing rate points. Usually these are low
fire, medium fire and high fire.
NOTICE
Repeat these procedures for all relevant operating modes (curve sets).
NOTICE
If it is not ensured that the flame burns stably at the adjusted limits in the direction of excess
air and no 'CO in excess air' is generated, the check described above must be carried out in
the direction of excess air instead of in the direction of air deficiency.
6.3.4.3 Checking the O
2
Effect
Check and ensure that the burner is burning stably at the shut-off limit of the O2 monitoring
taking into account all environmental influences and every firing rate range.
