Repair and Inspection
This product is composed of 10 rollers, and we recommend regular cleaning of rollers depending on
the frequency of use. Simple cleaning work can help maintain processing performance and degree
of completion.
Regular cleaning of roller
Cleaning work can be effective when performed at every 100~200 laminate works.
Prepare a thick paper such a drawing paper. (There is a pack type laminate film product of
Lami Corporation Inc that includes exclusive cleaning paper.)
Appropriate size is about 30cm X 30cm ~ 50cm.
Use a product with thickness of about 0.5mm ~ 1.5mm.
Do not use paper too thin or too thick since it can get caught or cause failure.
① Set laminate temperature to 【190℃】.
② When temperature is increased, set speed to 【1】 or 【2】.
③ Insert the prepared thick paper into the paper insertion.
④ Glue or foreign substance from films attached to the roller surface is transferred to the
thick paper before the paper comes out.
⑤ Repeat this work 2~3 times.
⑥ Finish the cleaning work.
※ Do not use dirty paper or printout as cleaning paper.
※ Do not clean the rollers and main body using liquids like detergents or abrasives.
It can damage the product.
