Troubleshooting for Failures

The following must be kept in mind while using this product.

Insert outlet plug and check power switch

This product is used with AC 230V Makes sure that the outlet plug is correctly connected.
Check whether power switch on the rear side is turned on.
If power cord is disconnected, it must be replaced. Contact our company or the seller.

Check disconnection of fuse

There is a fuse box on the rear side. Check whether the fuse is disconnected.

If it is disconnected, please contact our company or the seller.

Heater or light projector is used nearby, or a long drum (cord reel) is used.

If such products are used, use a different power source.
If a drum is used, separate the drum and connect this product.

Overload

Motor protection circuit may be on.
Turn the power off and resupply power after 10 seconds.

Abnormal sound is created by the motor

If abnormal sound is created by the motor, the saw-tooth is damaged or screw is loosened.
Contact our company or the seller.

Power does not turn on or machine does not function

Rear side

Loosen the cork to check
the fuse.

Replace with 20A fuse when disconnected.

Here, firmly insert the fuse to prevent it from falling out easily.
