The panel includes various setting buttons and LCD.

Operation Panel

Processing speed is displayed using a number between 1~6.
The higher the number, the faster the roller rotates

Displays temperature setting

Displays laminate speed

Waiting lamp

Preheating function

Current temperature display

Memory function

LCD screen

※ It is not actually displayed as above.

Temperature set to 170℃~190℃ is displayed.

Once surface temperature of the roller is close to the setting
temperature displayed on LCD,  【READY】  lamp is turned on.
【READY】  lamp  flickers  or  is  turned  off  when  there  is
difference  between  the  setting  temperature  and  roller
temperature.

When  【STANDBY】  button on the operation panel is pressed,
【STANDBY】  is displayed on LCD. Surface temperature of the
roller is controlled to about 80℃.

When 【TEMPERATURE】 button on the operation panel is
pressed, 【MEASURE】 is displayed on LCD to show current
surface temperature of the roller.

When 【MEMORY】 button on the operation panel is pressed,
【MEMORY】 is displayed on LCD. Pre-registered temperature
and speed setting can be loaded.
