2 & 3 HP Mobile Dust Cyclone Manual

Report any missing or damaged parts to your dealer or distributor. Prior to tool 

assembly and use, read this manual thoroughly to familiarize yourself with proper 

assembly, maintenance, and safety procedures.  
 

ASSEMBLY 

 

 

This step requires two adults. 

The 2 HP & 3 HP Mobile Dust Cyclones are 

heavy, be careful when lifting and handling! Failure to comply may cause 

serious injury and/or damage to the machine and/or property!

 

 

Tools/items Required: 

10mm wrench / 12mm wrench / 14mm wrench  
Phillips screwdriver  
4mm hex wrench / 5mm hex wrench 
Plug for cord, 3 wire 

 

To assemble your dust cyclone, follow these steps: 
For your own safety, do not connect the machine to the power source until the machine is 
completely assembled. Please also make sure that you read and understand the entire 
instruction manual.
