LABORIE Urocap IV Owner’s Manual UC4-UM01

Report templates are associated with the type of test performed.  For example, if you select a report template to 
view Uroflow test results then iLIST Office Reporter will use that template for each Uroflow report.

 Report Section Overview

The Questionnaire and Additional Report Information section allows for the input of any answers or 

comments to the final report. 

•

 

The Report Selector is a listing of the types of reports you can select to view for the particular test file. 

You can also select the report based on the type of test performed. 

•

 

The Toolbar contains quick access buttons for functions such as exporting files, page layout, quick 
print, arrows for going through pages of the report, etc… 

•

 

The Report Preview Window section contains test results for a particular patient’s visit in the actual 
report format 

 

To select a report template click the name in the 

Report(s)

 heading and click a selection from the listing.

To print a report, click the Print icon 

 on the toolbar in the 

iLIST Office Reporter

 software.
