4.2 Installation
4.2.1 Install the Solar Blue module
In this paragraph, you will all the information to install the Solar Blue module
and to connect catheters, pump tubes and EMG cables.
To install the Solar Blue module, proceed as follows:

Install the pump head (see § 4.2.2).

When applicable, mount the Solar Blue on the Solar Pole (Ø38mm) (see
chapter 2 for a complete description of the wired and wireless setup).

Connect the power supply (see § 4.2.3).

Register the Solar Blue module (see § 3.4).

Install the pump tube (see § 4.2.9).

Connect the pressure transducers and catheters (see § 4.2.7).

Connect the EMG cable (see § 4.2.8).

Test the Solar Blue module with the hardware test program (see § 4.4).

Test the performance of the Solar Blue measurement system in the
measurement program.
The software will search for the Solar Blue module at the start of the
investigation. The Solar Blue module is working fine, if the Status LED on the
control panel is continuously lid and the Bluetooth LED is blinking (indicating a
Bluetooth connection).
