4. Calibration and Check

Check ‘‘OK’’ or ‘‘Failed’’
Check OK
You will see the display as shown on the
right when check has been OK.
In this case, no calibration is necessary.
Move to #7 below.
Check Failed
You will see the display as shown on the
right when check has been failed.
In this case, calibration is required.
Go to step 4-1 for calibration.

Clean the cell (rinse 2)
z
Make sure sample/drain lever is on
““Drain.””
z
Wipe off tip of sampling tube with waste
cloth.
z
Put the tube in rinse 2 (ethanol or
acetone).
z
Press ““PUMP”” to clean the cell with rinse
2. (for about 10 sec)
z
Once completed, press ““PUMP”” to stop
pump operation.

Dry the cell
z
Wipe off sampling tube with waste cloth
and put it in drying tube.
z
Press ““PURGE”” twice.
A message of ““Auto drying”” will appear,
and equipment starts to dry the cell.
Once completed, equipment beeps and
pump stops running.
Hint
For quick cell cleaning: when rinsing the cell, suck air and
water alternately by detaching sampling tube from water at
intervals.
