Push the paper conveyor unit back into the copier. 

Misfeed in the fixing section

The screens shown below indicate that there is a misfeed in the 
fixing section. Perform the following procedure to remove the 
jammed paper.

Open the left cover.

If you see jammed paper, pull it from the fuser unit taking 
care not to tear it. If the jammed paper is difficult to pull 
out, rotate the green fuser unit gear as you pull. 

3

Pull the green lock levers on the right and left towards you, 
and open the fuser unit cover. 

Paper misfeed.

3. Pull out fuser unit.
4. Check the inside of machine and
