30 Answer or Reject Phone Calls
Answer or Reject Phone Calls
When a call comes in, the phone rings or
vibrates and a message is displayed on screen.
The phone number of the caller appears. If the
caller is listed in your Contacts, the contact’s
name appears.
Answer a Phone Call
Press the Send key.
Reject a Phone Call
Press the End key.
Speak Incoming Caller ID
Your phone will speak the incoming caller ID.
1. Touch
Menu > Settings > Text to Speech >
Speak incoming caller ID .
2. Touch On .
Call Options
Other options are available during a phone call.
Put a Call on Hold
Touch Menu > Hold to put a call on hold.
Touch Hold again to resume the call.
Mute the Microphone
Touch Menu > Mute to toggle between
turning the microphone on or off.
Use the Speakerphone
Touch Menu > Speaker to toggle between
turning the speaker on or off.
Use In-call Touch Lock
Use the In-call touch lock to avoid
accidentally touching the screen or the keys on
your phone during a call.
To Manually Lock the Screen
Touch and slide the arrow to the left.
To Unlock the Screen
Touch and slide the arrow to the right.
End Phone Calls
To end a call, press the End key.
Use Call Log
The Call log tab lists all the dialed numbers,
missed, and received calls.
From the Call log tab, you can call a name or
number on the list, view the contact
information, edit the number, or send SMS
message.
1. Press the
Send key, then touch the Call log
tab.
2. Do one of the following:
• Touch a name or number on the list to
call.
