15. REAR ASSEMBLY

Assembly

3.4.

Clean all removed parts.

Apply silicon grease to the piston and oil

seal. Lubricate the brake caliper cylinder

inside wall with brake fluid.

Install the brake caliper piston with grooved

side facing out.



Install the piston with its outer end

protruding 3 ~ 5mm beyond the

brake caliper.

Install the two spring plates onto the groove

of the caliper.



Make sure the spring plate next to

the brake pad dowel pin orientation.

Install two brake pads and brake pad dowel

pin.
