Adjustments

Adjusting the



hydraulic depth

Principle

The hydraulic jacks are used to move the roller(s) and to transfer load
to the rear of the machine.
The working depth is adjusted using plastic chocks. Depending on the

number of chocks inserted, the jacks rest on the chocks and adjust the

working depth of the machine.

•

Adding more chocks reduces the working depth.

•

Removing chocks increases the working depth.

•

A chock corresponds to about 2 cm

(

Adjustment procedure



Raise the machine.



Stabilise the machine.



Actuate the hydraulic distributor to lower the rollers.



Add or remove chocks



Apply the same setting to all roller cylinders.



Actuate the hydraulic distributor until the jack(s) bear against the

chocks.

Overlapping of

discs

The new machine is adjusted so that the entire surface of the soil is
cut and mixed across the complete width. This ideal overlapping can

be preserved, even when the discs are worn and under difficult
conditions.



Loosen the screws

on each attachment.



Remove the screws



Rotate each disc line around the screws

up to position



Place the screws in



Tighten the screws

and
