Technical assistance provided by the Company or its agents to repair or operate
equipment shall not incur any liability against it or constitute any grounds for amending or
waiving the terms of this warranty.
The Company reserves the right to modify its machines without prior notice and
without being under any obligation to apply such modifications to machines already sold or
in service.
Furthermore, due to continuous progress in technology, no warranty claim will be
accepted with regard to the description of the equipment set out in any document issued
by the Company.
This warranty excludes any other legal or contractual, express or implied liability
of the company. Under no circumstances may the Company’s liability exceed that which is
set out in the foregoing sections.
