- Remove roll pins (1).
- Remove crank (2).
- Remove housing (3) and washers (4).

Clean and check all components before
reinstalling them on a new oscillating shaft.
- Replace damaged components if necessary.
- Fit housing (3) and washers (4).
- Fit crank (2) on oscillating shaft:
• Reinstall using Loctite 646.
- Insert roll pins to lock crank.
- Reassemble the unit. Check that the cam rollers
are in proper position in the cam track.
- Reinstall the 2 bolts (1), nuts (2) and washers (3):
• Torque: 9.5 daN m (70 lbf ft).
- Rotate rotor by hand to check that all parts are in
proper position.
