6.40 Electric ignition.
Automatic Ignition can be Off or work in 3 ways, all functions are set by value between 0 and 3.
0 = No Automatic Ignition
1 = The Ignition, is activated only when the button “OPSTART” is pressed (then generally break
operation)
2 = Normal Automatic Ignition for standard units, with Tank or Automatic boilers
3 = Automatic Ignition for Automatic units, the stoker screw will be empty before stopping

Use the arrow keys to activate the electric ignition mode: Value between 0 and 3
After selection whether or not you want electric ignition press ”MENU”, and your choice has been saved.

” to proceed to the next parameter you wish to change – or press the ”START-UP” and the
“MENU” keys at the same time to finish.
6.41 OSP.
By using electric ignition, the screw starts by feeding in fuel after the expiration of the ”OSP” period.
If we do not start adding fuel after an adequate time, the control will have difficulties in reducing the
oxygen to below the limit value before expiration of the start-up period, and the plant will stop.
On the other hand, if we feed in fuel too early, the fire is suffocated before it even started.

After selection of the wanted laggard press ”MENU”, and your choice has been saved.

6.42 Show screw operation pause.
In connection with the adjustment it is a big advantage to be able to see for which pause period the
control has adjusted the screw to run; and by setting the “SHOW SCREW PAUSE” value to 1, the display
will show the value of the actual interval between the screw feeding in fuel. For further details, please see
the section on adjustment.
