7.4 Mounting the Braces for Amaprop
1200--1801 with Adjustable Feet, without
Upper Holder
For mixer sizes 1200--1801, the guide rail is supported by four
separate braces with pre--assembled vertically adjustable feet
supplied on a wooden pallet.
Prior to installation, loosen the bolting retainingthe feet on the
braces, so that the feet can be adjusted vertically. Washers
have to be fitted on both sides, i.e. under the bolts heads and
under the nuts.
Mount the braces with pre--assembled feet on the pump
bracket, using hex. head bolts, washers on both sides and lock
nuts as illustrated below.

Please note!
Nuts with counternuts must always be fastened on the outside
of the pump bracket!

Then use a crane to pull this assembly upright and lift it into its
installation position as shown in the installation plan. Make sure
to use suitable lifting tackle for square rails! Observe health and
safety regulations as well as any regional regulations.
Then position the feet on the tank floor until the foot plate rests
fully on the floor.
Incorrect: Incomplete contact!! Correct: Full contact
