Dimensions L and S see dimension tables in the operating
manual of the mixer.
Before beginning with the installation work, check that the
installation parts and accessories are complete and have
suffered no in--transit damage. Also refer to the exploded view
of the installation parts in the system.
KSB’s scope of supply:
-- 15 FUR Guide rail, length: 3 m or 6 m
-- 15 FUV Guide rail extension, 3 or 6 metres (if re-
quired).
-- 15 LS Pump bracket assembly comprising pump
bracket, retaining brackets, 8 composite
anchor bolts and preassembled bolts, nuts
and discs and Loctite in carton.
-- 15 ST (V) Brace/chemical mortar assembly with 4
braces (size 1200--1800), pre--assembled
with feet and bolts, on disposable pallets,
feet rigid or adjustable depending on the
design variant.
-- 15 STR (V) For mixer size 2000--2500, 2 braces each
(pre--assembled with feet and fasteners)
are welded to a bracing plate; delivered on
disposable pallets feet rigid or adjustable
depending on the design variant.

Please note: The dimensions given in brackets shall be used
for orientation only, due to tolerances on the welded component
and the foundation. Do not drill the holes until the feet rest as
fully as possible on the tank floor! Do not use the dimensions
for the drilling template!
Note: Even level foundation floors have site--related
tolerances. Therefore, the 4 holes for the feet shall only be
drilled when the feet rest fully on the tank floor for the adjustable
design variant use slotted holes to adjust.
