Performing the setting of single blade locking device

1.  Lower cutting unit.
2.  Switch off operation unit and remove the ignition key.
3.  Secure the machine against the possibility of rolling back.
4.  Loosen counter nut (2).
5.  Turn setting screw (1) until the desired dimension is reached.
6.  Tighten counter nut (2).

If the setting via setting screw is not possible:

1.  Unhinge the spring on the pivoted lever (9).
2.  Unscrew the screw (8).
3.  Swing cylinder (3) laterally aside.
4.  Dismount pivoted lever (9).
5.  Remove selector disc (6) from the toothed blade control shaft (7).
6.  Slide on selector disc (6) again displaced by one tooth.

Note

Assembly is in reverse order to disassembly.
