7 Maintenance
7.1 Special safety instructions
Certain intervals for maintenance and care must be maintained in order to guarantee the perfect
operation of the short-stalk loading wagon and to reduce wear. This includes, among other things,
the cleaning, greasing, lubricating and oiling of modules and components.
7.2 General information
Regularly check if screws and nuts are tight and re-tighten if necessary (approx. every 50 h).
• Maintenance, care, service and cleaning work must only be carried out with the machine
shut down. Shut down the engine, remove the ignition key and switch off the electrical
supply at the control box.
• Secure the tractor and short-stalk loading wagon against rolling away.
• After care and maintenance work is finished, re-install all protective covers and protective
devices in the correct manner.
• Avoid getting oils and greases on the skin.
• In the event of injury caused by leaking oil, immediately call a doctor.
• All other safety instructions must be followed in order to avoid accidents and injuries.
