- Slip the aerial tube 7.5 (if needed) into place and
glue it on the inside.
- Temporarily place the deck in position. Check that it
fits on the hull and trim if necessary; the deck must
be a snug fit on the hull all around.
- Apply an even coating of UHU acrylit to the joint
surfaces on the rear part of the deck, starting with
the area around the upper raised step. Glue quickly.
- Slip a temporary wooden spacer between hull and
deck to allow you to apply the glue.
- Place the deck on the hull and applr short pieces of
tape all round to hold the parts together.
- Check that the two components are not twisted
relative to each other, and are not warped. Any
excess adhesive should be wiped away
immediately.
- Apply cyano glue along the joint between the hull
and deck as follows: dribble the adhesive into the
joint line and tilt the hull in such a way that the glue
runs around the seam. Repeat the process until you
are confident that the two components are joined
with a completely watertight seal.
- The hull can now be filled and sanded down ready
for painting.

- Apply UHU acrylit to front corners of the deck
superstructure 8.1 to strengthen those areas.
