- Cut out the upper deck. Cut down the cruciform
openings.
- Cut out the side holes for the glazing panels.
- Drill 1.5 mm holes in the right-hand end piece 7.2 for
the handrail and the switch pushrod. In the left-hand
end piece 7.2 only drill holes for the handrail.
- Cut out the side panel end-pieces 7.2 and the
glazing panel fairings.
- Trim the side panel end-pieces 7.2 so that they fit
flush on the outside. Tape them in place and apply
cyano to secure them.
- Trim the side glazing panel fairings to fit, tape them
in place and apply glue to the joints. Apply more
glue from the inside.
- Cut out the deck 7.1 along the marked lines. Note
that the deck moulding includes the transom, the
low-level bathing platform and the gluing tabs, and
these must not be cut off see section 'A'.
- Starting at the front on both sides, glue the locating
tabs 7.4 to the underside of the deck. Space the
tabs out evenly (60 mm), with a maximum projection
of 8 mm. These tabs serve later to locate the parts
when joining the deck and hull.
- Bend the tabs inwards slightly at the front, so that
they follow the shape of the hull.
