1.  Place millivolt board in firebox, aligning holes in the mil-

livolt board to the mounting studs in firebox bottom. MAKE 
SURE SEALING GASKET IS IN PLACE ON FIREBOX 
BOTTOM!  Secure millivolt board to firebox bottom with 
the (6) nuts previously removed. 
 
 

2.  Reinstall burner plate, aligning between tabs on millivolt 

board. 
 

3.  Reinstall burner tube by positioning over burner orifice and 

aligning mounting holes at sides of burner tube over tabs on 
millivolt board. 
 
 

4.  Reinstall log set. (Page 23). 

 
 

5.  Reconnect gas line to manual shut-off valve. 

 
 

6.  Reconnect any wall switch, remote control or thermostat 

wires to the top & bottom terminals on gas valve. 
  
 

7.  Reinstall glass frame assembly. Page 12. 

 
 

8.  Reinstall upper grill. Page 26.  

 
 

9.  Turn gas on.  

 
 

10.  Verify proper log placement, operation of fireplace, and any 

electrical components. 
 
 

 

WARNING: DO NOT OPERATE THIS FIREPLACE WITHOUT SEALING  
GASKET (LOCATED UNDER THE MILLIVOLT BOARD) IN PLACE. IF  
GASKETING IS DAMAGED, IT MUST BE REPLACED. 

CAUTION: CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS FOR LEAKS, 
WHETHER FIELD OR FACTORY MADE.
