MILLIVOLT BOARD REMOVAL
1. Turn gas control knob to the „OFF‟ position.
2. Shut off gas supply at the manual shut-off valve.
3. Disconnect gas line flex tube from the manual shut-off valve.
4. Remove upper grill. Refer to page 26 if necessary.
5. Remove glass frame assembly. Refer to page 12 if necessary.
6. Remove logs.
7. Remove burner tube by lifting up and off tabs, sliding to the
left off of burner orifice.
8. Remove burner plate.
9. Remove (6) nuts securing millivolt board to firebox bottom
mounting studs.
10. Lift millivolt board up and out of firebox being careful not to
damage the sealing gasket lying underneath.
CAUTION: If the burner and/or pilot have been burning, use the appropriate protection to avoid burns or damage to personal property before
removing any components.
