8.3 Main Burner On/Off Rocker
Switch Location
The ON/OFF Rocker Switch location for is located at the rear of the
appliance as shown in Figure 8.2 for manual operation of the burner.
This will operate the main burner on HI. For lighting instructions,
follow Section 9.0 Operating Instructions on page 33.
8.4 #BW20-028 Optional Fan Kit
WARNING - Electrical Grounding Instructions: This appliance is
equipped with a three-prong (grounding) plug for your protection
against shock hazard and should be plugged directly into a properly
grounded three-prong receptacle. Do not cut or remove the grounding
prong from this plug.
WARNING: Installation of this fan kit should be done by a qualified
installer. Verify household breaker is shut off prior to working on any
electrical lines. . Disconnect all electric power from fireplace before
performing any of these tasks.

This appliance, when installed, must be electrically grounded
in accordance with local codes, or in the absence of local codes,
with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, or the Canadian
Electrical Code, CSA C22.1.
This kit includes:
(1) Fan assembly - mounted
(4) Flange nuts
1. Locate (4) mounting studs underneath the rear of the gas stove.
2. With the motor end facing to the right, slide the fan underneath
the firebox.
3. Align the (4) mounting slots in the fan bracket to the mounting
studs under the firebox.
4. Lift up the fan and secure the fan assembly to the firebox with (4)
flange nuts.
5. Connect the fan wires to the fan lead wires on the IFC module.
See Figure 8.1 on the previous page.
6. Plug the fan cord in to the IFC module.
