1. Turn valve control knob to „OFF‟ position.
2. Shut off gas supply at manual shut off valve.
3. Disconnect flexible gas line from manual shut off valve.
4. Disconnect on/off rocker switch wires from top & bottom
terminals on valve.
5. Disconnect any remote control, wall switch or thermostat wires
from gas valve.
6. Remove cast door* and arched glass assembly. Page 9.
7. Remove log set and set aside where they will not be broken.
8. Remove burner cover by lifting front of cover up and to the
right.
9. Remove (6) nuts securing board. Lift board up and out of fire-
box.
1. Place board in firebox, aligning (6) holes to (6) mounting studs.
MAKE SURE SEALING GASKET IS IN PLACE ON
FIREBOX BOTTOM! Secure with nuts previously removed.
2. Reinstall burner cover, making sure burner tube is properly
positioned over burner orifice and sides of cover are inside
flanges on board.
3. Re-connect flexible gas line to manual shut off valve.
4. Reconnect any remote control, wall switch or thermostat wires
to top & bottom terminals on gas valve.
5. Re-install log set. Page 19.
6. Re-install glass assembly and cast door*. Page 9.
7. Verify proper log placement, operation of fireplace, and any
electrical components.

BOARD) IN PLACE. IF GASKETING IS DAMAGED,
IT MUST BE REPLACED.
CAUTION: CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS FOR LEAKS, WHETHER
FIELD OR FACTORY MADE.
RE-CONNECT ANY REMOTE /
