In doing so however, the operator must observe the following rules:
Production documents, test reports and assembly instructions related to the modification must be retained
and be available at all times;
Check that the modifications have not affected the validity of the rating plate, information labels, warning labels
or the operating instructions and, if necessary, modify these;
Modifications can only be designed, approved and implemented by a design office that specializes in designing
loaders in accordance with the standards and directives in force at the time of the modifications.
Warning
Never allow a ride with a passenger. Never use the work tool as a platform for another person.
A failure to observe the vehicle-related instructions or warnings may result in injury or death of
persons.
Warning
Improper clamping of the work tool can cause injury or death of persons. Do not start working
with the machine until making sure that the mechanism pins are fully inserted. Follow the operat-
ing procedures in this Manual.
Warning
Hot liquid can cause severe burns. Protect yourself with suitable protective clothing.
Warning
Do not enter under the cabin unless the cabin is empty and the support strut installed. A failure
to observe the vehicle-related instructions or warnings may result in injury or death of persons.
Warning
This machine is equipped with a communication device. Where electric detonators are used, this
communication device should be switched off at a distance of 12 m (40') from the blasting point
for satellite systems, and at a distance of 3 m (10') from the blasting point for mobile systems,
or at a distance required by applicable legal requirements. A failure to observe this provision may
result in interfering with explosive blasting operations, which can result in serious injury or death.

6.3.3 CHANGES TO THE DRIVER’S PROTECTIVE ROOF AND ROOF LOAD
Do not weld on the driver’s protective roof!
Do not drill on the driver’s protective roof!
When welding or drilling on the driver’s protective roof, the material and structural properties of the driver’s protective roof
will change. Excessive forces involved when load falls off or the loader overturns may cause the driver’s protective roof thus
modified to deform and so compromise the driver’s safety.
To ensure continued stability of the driver’s protective roof, any load on the roof can only be installed after the structural
design has been tested and subject to the manufacturer’s consent.
6.3.4 USE OF NON-ORIGINAL PARTS
Genuine parts, attachments and accessories are specially designed for this loader. We would like to draw your attention
specifically to the fact that non-original parts, attachments and accessories from other suppliers have not been tested
and approved by KOVACO!
Before installing such components, we recommend obtaining the consent of the manufacturer and, if applicable, of the
competent inspection authorities. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by using non-original parts and
accessories that have not been approved.
Warning
If the driver’s protective roof fails when load falls off or the loader overturns, it may have fatal
consequences for the vehicle operator. Potential Danger to life!
Warning
Installation and use of such products may negatively affect the design characteristics of the load-
er and thus also compromise passive driving safety.
Warning
Heavy roof loads damage the driver’s protective roof.
