Service Policy

KORR™ Medical Technologies provides Warranty Service Support to its

customers for products under standard or extended KORR™ warranty. Service

requests can be submitted via the web at www.KORR.com or by telephone at

(801)

483-2080. Details for shipping service items to the KORR™ factory are

available for download on the KORR™ website.

KORR™ also provides factory direct technical support to its customers through a

technical support group located in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is suggested that any

person calling in for technical support have the inoperative equipment available

for preliminary troubleshooting as well as product identification.
