C) EXTRUDE
If at the end of the operations there should remain a small residual quantity of
dough, press the “EXTRUDE” button to finish the process. The time required
to complete this operation will be indicated (5 minutes). If the warning mes-
sage “E1” appears on the display, check whether the dough is too dry. If the
mixture is too dry, carefully clean the accessories and then add the correct
amount of water before extruding again.
CAUTION! IN ORDER TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE APPLIANCE AND/OR
ACCESSORIES, MAKE SURE THAT THE FLOUR AND LIQUIDS HAVE BEEN
PROPERLY MIXED BEFORE PRESSING THE “EXTRUDE” KEY.
D) KNEAD
Press the “Knead” key to proceed to the kneading-only operation. This pro-
cess will take 4 minutes to complete.
NOTE:
THE DEVICE OPERATES USING AN INTELLIGENT SYSTEM. AFTER
THE EXTRUSION OF SPAGHETTI, THE MACHINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY
STOP THE EXTRUSION PROCESS. WAIT 20-30 MINUTES BEFORE NEXT
USE TO ENSURE COMPLETE COOLING OF THE PARTS UNDER STRESS:
THIS WILL HELP TO PREVENT FROM DAMAGES.
