A) POWER ON/OFF
Only after properly assembling the pasta machine completely and connecting 
the power cord plug to the power outlet, press the ON/OFF button to start 
the machine. After this step, the device will go into standby mode. When the 
machine is running or in stand-by, press the same button to stop the opera-
tion or turn off the machine.

B) PREDEFINED PROGRAMS
After choosing the desired amount of ingredients, press the “1 cup”, “2 cups” 
or “3 cups” buttons. The pasta machine will start up and the indicator light for 
the selected mode will light up. During operation, the display will show the time 
remaining until the end of the operation. The time required varies according to 
the selected mode (the “1 cup” function takes 13 minutes, the “2 cups” fun-
ction takes 15 minutes and the “3 cups” function takes 18 minutes).
