3. ASSEMBLY
A) Place the pasta machine on a flat, stable, non-slip surface.
B) Before proceeding to assemble parts and/or replace accessories, always
make sure that the pasta machine is turned off and that the power cord plug
is unplugged from the outlet.
C) Place the mixing blade inside the dough compartment, pushing the metal
end of the blade through the hole at the back of the compartment. Then pla-
ce the compartment in the main body of the appliance and insert the metal
end of the mixing blade into the hexagonal coupling of the motor.
D) Insert the extrusion tube into the hole on the front side of the dough con-
tainer using the guide on the upper side of the tube.
NOTE: There is a white adapter ring inside the extrusion tube for the extrusion
screw, which may come off when cleaning the accessory. Before assembling
the tube, therefore, make sure that this ring is assembled correctly.
E) Insert the extrusion screw until fully assembled with the mixing blade.
