Printer-based Error Accounting 
maintains a record of each error and 
status message generated by the 
printer. The

Number of Records to 
Retrieve

Sets the number of accounting file records that are 
to be retrieved and displayed when Display in 
PageScope is selected in the Display Information 
field (described above).

When Upload to Host is selected as the 
Display Information parameter, all records 
are uploaded regardless of the value of this 
parameter.

Submit Button

Sends changes made to the parameters in this

Clears any changes made to the settings on this 
page.

When selected, enables the parameter settings for 
Accounting.

(Default=Not checked)
