Instant Batch Transmission

This is a function to send the fax transmission reserved jobs (not timers) as a batch when they have

the same remote stations and the same conditions and can be continuously transmitted. The

communication time is shortened and the telephone charge can be reduced.

Conditions for instant batch transmission

•

Only the instant memory transmission. Transfer, relay and polled transmission are

excluded.Additionally, the switching transmission of memory to quick memory is excluded.

•

All remote stations must be identical. Dialing method (Abbr, key pad) must be to identical.

•

The resolution must be identical.

•

The following application function appointment concerning communications must be identical.

•

 International mode ON / OFF

•

 ECM ON / OFF

•

 V34 appointment ON / OFF

•

The following application function concerning communications must not be appointed.

•

 Confidential transmission

•

 Relay request transmission

•

 Password appointment

•

Reservations of the instant batch transmission are waiting (not called).

•

The instant batch transmission is five reservations at the maximum.

Others

Transmission result report

•

The transmission result report is output in every reservation when set to ON.
